Product Delivery

Upon successful payment on the Website, the purchase process is initiated. After a Skin is purchased, the Website will reach out to collect additional information about your Steam account. Once the necessary details are provided by You, the Skin will be transferred to the specified Steam account within 5 days.

We shall not be held responsible for delays outside of Our reasonable control. If delivery is delayed for such reason, We will inform You as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the impact

Refund and Cancellation Policy Skins represent virtual (digital) content. All transactions regarding the purchase of Skins are final and are generally not subject to cancellation.

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific conditions:

  • Non-Delivery or Corruption: If You did not obtain the Skin or or if the transfer to your Steam account was technically flawed, please contact Our support team immediately by email at: [email protected].

  • Fraudulent Activity: If the Skins were not purchased by You and Your payment information was utilized fraudulently, contact Us immediately. We will investigate the case, and if the money is still in Our system, We will issue a refund.

You may request a refund under the conditions listed above within 14 days of the original purchase date by emailing us at [email protected].

Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Delivery and Refund Policy, and the relationship between You and Us, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
